Ordering & Customization
How does MAKRdesign work?
We operate on a print-on-demand model, which means each item is made just for you! This reduces waste and ensures unique, high-quality products. Once you place an order, it goes into production and is shipped directly to you.
Can I customize my order?
At this time, we offer pre-designed products and do not support custom requests. However, we’re always adding new designs, so stay tuned!
How do I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order, as returns and exchanges for incorrect sizing are not supported.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States. We will be looking to explore additional countries in the future. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to reach out!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on a flat fee of $4.00 per item. We also offer free shipping on orders over $99 (if applicable).
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow [X] days for tracking updates to appear.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color choice, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update it. Unfortunately, once an order is in production or shipped, we cannot make changes.
Do you offer gift options?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or custom messages, but our products make great gifts! Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
