At MAKRdesign, each product is made to order just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to help!
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and include clear photos of the issue.
- We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
Refunds & Replacements
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of an incorrect or defective item.
Cancellations & Changes
Because all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Since all products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
✔ Buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing (please check the size guide before ordering)
✔ Color variations due to screen differences (slight variations are normal)

Shipping
Processing & Fulfillment Times
- All orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Since we use a print-on-demand model, each product is made to order, which may result in slightly longer processing times.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product weight.
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $99.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take 1-2 days to reflect in the system, depending on the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected].
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.
